Huevos Rancheros, Maybe?

Is it Huevos Rancheros if you use a flour tortilla instead of a corn tortilla? I went for it anyway.

This was basically a left over breakfast. I used what I had in my fridge, which was yesterday's salsa verde stew, some cheese, eggs, and a flour tortilla.

I cooked the stew down a lot for this because I was afraid it would be too soupy instead of breakfasty. The result was something really yummy.

For this, I lightly fried the tortilla, sprinkled some cheese on that, set two fried eggs on top, and spooned my cooked down salsa verde stew over my eggs. I topped it off with some pepper and salsa, but if I had an avocado I'd have been a super happy camper. Next time, though.....
