It's very easy. I took one large, ripe, avocado, 5 hard boiled eggs (omit 3 of the yolks), 1/4 a cup of plain Greek yogurt. 1 teaspoon of white vinegar, salt and pepper to your taste, and a couple of tablespoons of diced red onions. Mix it all together and enjoy! You can add more or less of any of the ingrdients you want if you think it needs it.
