Lunch! Kale and Steak Salad.

Don't be shocked, there are NO blueberries in my salad today. That's because I are the last of them for breakfast, otherwise they'd totally be in there!


This is just a simple Kale salad with my left over steak from last night, 1/2 of an avocado, 3 slices of tomatoes, and some mozzarella cheese. The dressing is a raspberry infused balsamic vinegar, along with a drizzle of olive oil, and a dash of S & P.

It made for a very satisfying, pre boot camp lunch.


Kale is not for everyone, I understand this. But I've really grown to love it. I think it pairs well with just about anything,
