Bacon Wrapped Jalapeño Poppers


I was not in the mood to make anything complicated tonight. This one is easy.

I combined two tablespoons of herbed goat cheese with 3 tablespoons of light cream cheese. Then I cut some jalapeños in half, scraping out the insides. Spoon in your filling.


Wrap bacon around the jalapeño and place in the broiler until the bacon looks done. I didn't use a toothpick, I found it pretty much stayed in place under the broiler. 

That's it!


I dipped then in a honey/hoisin/plum sauce sauce. Super yummy!
