Fruit Dip

Here's a quick one, Greek yogurt fruit dip. 


You can buy a big container of Greek Yogurt and use about a cup's worth, but I find I tend not to use it enough to consume a whole container, so I buy the individual containers.


Just open the foil top and add about a teaspoon of agave or honey to it.


Stir it up and add a tablespoon (or just to your taste) of peanut butter or almond butter.


Stir that in until nice and creamy then add a little bit of cinnamon. Again, this is to your taste.


Mix it all together and commence with the fruit dipping!



The best thing about the little individual containers is that you can place the top back on to use for later!


Perfect portion size for one!

And yummy!
