Redds Apple Ale BBQ Sauce

Winner Winner BBQ Dinner!


This BBQ sauce is amazeballs! I would marry this sauce if one could actually marry sauce. Seriously.

You could easily double the ingrdients to get more, but since it's just me and the doggies, the amounts will last me a while.

Here is your grocery list:

Redds Apple Ale- 1/2 a bottle
Catchup- 1 cup
Balsamic vinegar- 1/4 cup
Brown sugar- 1/2 cup
Onion powder- 1 tsp.
Worcestershire sauce- 2 tbs.
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes or paste (optional, but don't be a wussie, add the hear).

Put everything in a sauce pan and cook on medium low until thickened. That's it. I did add about a tablespoon of agave nectar, but that is optional.
