Seriously.
All you gotta do is warm up a pan with a little cooking spray. Cut a bell pepper to make a ring. Place the bell pepper in your pan and crack an egg in the middle of it. Boom.
Don't freak if a little white spills over, it'll all go down the same. If you happen to be very OCD, just cut off the spillage.
To cook off the top, cover your pan with a lid or metal bowl and let the steam cook off the top.
See? Easy!
I gave myself a side of guacamole just to make myself happy, then dabbed some sriracha here or there.
