Apple Smoothie

Well, it's more than just apples, but it's all good....


I started with some diced up apples. Two, to be exact. You can peel them if you wanna, but I don't mind the skin. Plus I'm lazy like that.


Then two bananas.


A little bit of fresh spinach.


Two heaping spoons full of peanut butter, or none if you don't like peanut butter. 


About a teaspoon of cinnamon.


1 1/2 cups of almond milk and blend, blend, blend. 


Then add crushed ice (I'd say 4 cups) and blend until smooth. 

This was Milo approved...


Mostly because he smelled peanut butter.


He's a brat, but he's MY brat!
