Seared Ahi Tuna and Brussels Sprouts

My favorite recent meal of the week. It's a simple seasoning on the tuna. I sprinkled a little Cajun seasoning, a little garlic seasoning, salt and pepper, and a pinch of sugar to help caramelize the tuna. I seared it on both sides for about two to three minutes.

The side is just Brussles Sprouts with onions and lean bacon crumbs. I like my sprouts caramelized, and you don't have to add anything to them to do it. Just coat your pan with a little olive oil and cook on medium high. The trick is to not mess with them much. Truthfully, it's just short of burned, depending on your definition of "burned". I like my veggies crispy!

To finish it off, I drizzled some balsamic vinegar over all of it, and it tasted Uh-Mazing!
